Define the geometry.
Hole pattern
4 holesSelect a hole to edit its coordinates, or place a new one on the canvas. Origin: bottom left.
This editor creates 2D concept outlines and circular holes. It does not calculate structural capacity, connection performance or manufacturing tolerances. Review the geometry and specification before manufacture.

Every quantity starts with a detail.
Add plate, flat bar, round bar or a hollow section. The schedule calculates each line from its dimensions and density.
Use the concept as a starting point.
Add the drawing’s bounding plate as a material line. Gross plate mass excludes hole deductions; the design canvas shows the separate net geometry mass.
Make the assumptions visible.
Mass = ideal volume × density. Hollow sections use square corners. Coatings, fixings, corner radii and tolerances are excluded. Density presets are editable.

Finished lengths
Best-fit descending groups mixed lengths. One kerf is counted per separated part; a final cut is omitted when the last part reaches the usable stock end.
Understand every length.
A planning heuristic, not a guarantee of the fewest possible stock lengths. Each batch assumes the same profile and stock length. Check clamps, defects, trim cuts and the actual cutting process.
Define the next decision.
Stages describe the project workflow. “Coordinated” does not imply engineering approval or certification.

Put your brand on the work.
Brand settings are saved with this project and used in its reports and drawing accents. A dedicated domain or separately deployed client portal is a consultation scope.
