Your enquiry.
Your information.

How information is used when you contact Masonry Metals through this website.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry area and project message. You may also provide a company name, telephone number and delivery location. These details are used to understand and respond to your request.

How enquiries are handled

Submitted enquiries are sent to enquiries@masonrymetals.com. Your contact details and project information may be used to discuss the requirement, ask relevant questions and continue the enquiry conversation. Please do not include payment details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Website operation and security

The website and its enquiry service are hosted through Hostinger. Normal hosting and email operations may process technical information required to serve the site and deliver an enquiry. The form uses a short-lived session cookie and a submission token to help protect against automated or unwanted requests. A protected, time-limited rate record uses a salted hash of an IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not store the enquiry message.

Cookies and third-party content

This site does not include advertising cookies, analytics scripts, embedded maps or external video players. The enquiry service uses necessary session storage for form security. The project brief builder prepares its output in your browser and does not transmit the details entered into that tool.

Questions about your information

Email enquiries@masonrymetals.com with a question about information provided through this website, or if you want to request a correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify the enquiry you are referring to.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for the needs of the enquiry and any resulting project discussion. Form security rate entries older than 24 hours are removed when the next accepted form submission is processed.

Project Studio & browser storage

The Studio calculates planning results in your browser. It does not upload your tool inputs. Downloads are created locally. If you choose “Add results to enquiry”, the planning summary is held in session storage on this website, transferred to the enquiry page and removed from that storage after it is read. You can review and edit it before submitting the form. Sending the enquiry shares the information you submit with Masonry Metals.
